    We had an very nice time exploring Parc Jean-Drapeau with my elderly parents. The beautiful flower gardens and good outdoor pools added to the charm. The staff here was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, our comfort throughout our stay.

    My parents wished there were more family-friendly dining options available.

    The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with central heating, a safe box, and a cable TV with on-demand movies.

    Fairly clean property with professional staff who 've been attending for years and always know how to make their service special and remembered. Beautiful building and rooms with spectacular washroom. Absolutely perfect and stunning location, restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Great trip in this shopping area...

    The elegance of the hotel's decoration was amazing. The beautiful marble fireplace and high vaulted ceilings. Plus, the staff were more than helpful.

    Really good stay and attention to detail

    The room was luxurious with a heated toilet seat, heated floors, and an excellent walk-in shower. The staff was helpful, even arranging for my shoes to be shined promptly. The spa offered fantastic beauty services, including couples massages. The vibe was old world charm with modern touches.
